How far in advance should I book a reservation and do you take walk-ins?

We currently take reservations by appointment only, please call the salon to inquire about same-day availability. We are happy and able to accommodate reservations within 48 hours.

Where do I park?

We have a complimentary Retail Parking garage on the side of our COLE building located off of Toomey Rd.

How do I book a reservation?

By calling 512.284.9048 texting 512.994.1699

emailing hello@goldensoulsalon.com or using online booking through Vagaro at your own convenience.

What is the cancellation policy?

We require a 48 hour notice for any reservation changes or cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to 50% charge of the scheduled services. Golden Soul reserves the right to charge up to the full service amount for all missed appointments or late cancellations. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation.

What are the salon hours?

MONDAY: CLOSED
TUESDAY - THURSDAY: 9am - 8pm
FRIDAY: 9am - 6pm
SATURDAY: 9am - 4pm
SUNDAY: CLOSED

Do you offer consultations?

Yes! We can schedule both in person and/or virtual consultations prior to your experience with us.

What should I do if I am running late?

Please give us a call, anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled reservation is subject to reschedule.

Do you take apple pay?/ what payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and ApplePay.

Cancellation policy

We ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule service, canceling within less than 48 hours notice will be subject to 50% of scheduled service total

Same day no shows or cancellations within 24 hours: Subject to 100% service charge.

Rescheduling done within 48 hours needs to be rescheduled within the same week of original service or will be subject to cancellation fees.
